May 28th Road to Grand Prairie, AB

May 28, today is a traveling day, destination Grand Prairie, AB.   We traveled through mountain passes where really twisted, uplifted rock formations were in evidence.  Not to much to say so let the pictures speak for themselves.

Then we came to a bunch of high rolling hills, different than we had been on for a good while.

 We found a coal plant near a, guess what, a coal mine?  

There was a yellow Caribou

And a big Beaver.

 I have seen big RVs but!!!!!!

Nothing too exciting; tonight we are staying at a Walmart.  See the rain clouds gathering again.  Yep, drive all the way to Canada and camp in a Walmart parking lot.  But in the morning there were 11 other RVers getting free overnight camping too.
